Currently Licensed in Real Estate in Washington and Idaho and previously worked as a Quality Assurance Manager/Supervisor and Final Container Expert for Bayer Health Care in Berkeley California for over 13 years. I understand the importance of putting the people together to get the job done right the first time. I was actively a chairman of my department’s Safety committee and helped with the negotiation process for the contract of Bargaining Union Employees. It was my direct responsibility to train operators and revise documents that were easily understandable, so that fewer errors would occur. In addition to simplifying the jobs of the professionals, it was equally important me that they understood how important and valuable they were to the company which makes life saving drugs. It’s has always been a priority of mine to maintain a high level of moral of your work staff.
